Wholesale Policy
Ordering + Payment
Opening order minimum: $250
Reorder minimum: $150

Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received. Payment must be made before the order ships via Paypal, Apple Pay, or with any major credit card. Please contact us via email if you want to discuss payment terms.

Please note that accounts that have not placed an order in the last twelve months are subject to be treated as new accounts.

Orders placed below case pack quantities will automatically increase to a whole case. All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices may be subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time at our discretion.
Cancellation
Any canceled order is subiect to a 50% cancellation fee to be paid within fifteen days of cancellation.
​
Shipment dates that have been pushed back by the buyer twice will be treated as cancelled orders and be subject to the 50% cancellation fee.
​
Unpaid fees will be submitted to a collection agency after 90 days. The amount due will include all legal and agency fees.
Samples + Testers
Retailers located in Kansas may schedule an appointment with us via email to sample scents in person.
Sample kits are available for purchase. They may be purchased directly from our wholesale portal.

Testers are available for purchase for all collections. Testers ship without a retail box and at wholesale price.
Lead Time + invoicing
Our standard lead time is 8-10 business days, unless otherwise specified. Lead times may vary and may be subject to change. If you would like your order to be shipped by a certain date before our deadline order placement, our rush fee is 25% of the total order price.
Shipping + Delivery
All domestic orders ship UPS Ground unless prior arrangements have been made. All items are shipped from Kansas.

Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. Please email us to arrange a time to pick up.

Sharon Candle Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.

We are not currently shipping international orders at this time. We hope to do so in the near future.
Re-Sell Authorization
Product must be sold in there their original packaging. We do not allow any re-selling on 3rd party platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc.
General Return Policy
We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Sharon Candle Company within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

Please photograph all damaged merchandise along with the shipping box and email us at sharoncandleco@gmail.com
After a review of your request, an exchange may be completed or a credit may be applied to a future purchase.
Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Late Fees
Payments made more than sixty (60) days after the initial due date will be subject to a ten 10% percent late fee.
