Overflow + Abundance
Standard (8 oz): Our most-popular size. Burns for 40+ hours. 2.9” in diameter and 3.5" in height. This is our most-popular size and is meant for dressers, countertops, nightstands – basically everywhere.
Following Candle Care 101 helps to ensure product quality + longevity. We highly recommend following each of the following steps:
- Make sure your wick is trimmed to between 1/8″ – 3/16″ / 3.2mm – 4.8mm before lighting. If the wick is too long, the wax will not pull up the wick and the wick will extinguish.
- Wooden wicks do need a little attention and tending to before each burn, similar to cotton wicks. Be sure to gently snap off the ash or burnt wood along the top edge of the wick and then light as usual.
- If when burning the candle for a long period of time you notice the flame height getting too low, it may be necessary to tap off any excess ash or burnt wood along the top of the wick. The flame will then return to its proper optimal height.
- Be very careful not to let any debris from the wick (or anything else!) fall into the candle.
- Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during each burn to prevent tunneling.
- Extinguish candle when ½” / 12.7mm of wax is remaining.
- Do not burn candle more than 4 hours at one time.
- Once the candle's gone, we hope you'll re-use it. Clean it out and you've got a new planter or pencil holder – or whatever you want
Safety first - because candles burn and contain a small flame, so we encourage following these common-sense rules of thumb:
- Never leave a candle burning unattended, near a draft, or in reach of children or pets.
- Don't burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Do not pick up a burning candle or immediately after it's been blown out.
- Protect the surface underneath the candle no matter the material.
Our candles are simple: they're all made with Coco Apricot Crème Wax, lightly colored native wooden wicks, and exclusively designed fragrances. The fragrances we use are paraben-free, phthalate-free, and are never (ever) tested on animals.

Processing: all orders are processed + shipped from our Kansas HQ within 1-3 business days. Our ecommerce team needs 3-5 business days to process orders during peaking shopping times, like around online sales and right before holidays. Shipping Times: once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on location. AK, HI, and outlying territories may take longer.

Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Sharon Candle Company order number, order confirmation email, store receipt).
Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover return shipping costs, but are always happy to ship exchanges at no extra charge. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and third party products.
